Jim got me an offer on my Boulder condo within 3 weeks after no real offers w/ a couple other realtors in 12 months prior, in a tough condo market. He then helped me negotiate that offer to a reasonable $ amount within a day; I was on a constrained timeline & it was his 1st day of a 2-week vacation but he made it happen despite both of those, which I was very appreciative of. Very easy to work w/, great listener/person, would recommend!

Five stars is not enough to express the quality of service we got working with The Thomas | Ratay Team. Over the past 7 months we looked at over 100 houses in many different towns and neighbhorhoods on the front range. Most of these houses were seen in huge sprints while we visited from the east coast with our two boys under 5. Greg and Jim were amazing, welcoming and friendly with the kids, patient with us as we got clear on the right neighborhoods towns and budget.They set up virtual showings as well, mailed flyers, introduced us to contractors, landscapers, and our realtor back here in NJ even! Now that we have closed on the house, while still in NJ, they have gone above and beyond to keep an eye on the house until we arrive, including but not limited to taking out the seller last round of recycling so we arrive to empty street bins. Shelby who handled all our digital communications was also fantastic! This is our 4th home purchase as a family and by far the best on record. I can not recommend them more!! But I will. We are so grateful to their whole team.
