We recently worked with the Ratay Team in order to both buy and sell a home. Colby did a great job keeping us in the loop when we were just looking and provided coaching and shepherding through the decision to make a commitment to begin this huge change for two people in their 70’s. Greg was a stellar agent who was patient, diligent, professional and quick to follow up on details of the long process of both buying a selling a home. Shelby was the anchor in the office who kept us straight on the paperwork that was needed to keep the process rolling successfully. The staging people were very artful in presenting the home we sold in the best light. This team was an excellent package for delivering results.

The Thomas/Ratay team did a fantastic job of staging my unit to make it as attractive as possible. i also thought they did a great job of looking after my interests during the process. Correspondence and document submittals were prompt, responsive, and accurate. All-in-all i was very pleased with process and they made it easy on me.

Great experience buying my first house. Tom Shelby and Colby were very pro active and communicated with every step of the way- Big shout out to Shelby who is the back office wizard, and huge thanks to Tom for keeping schedule.
