Luckily, we haven’t seen a huge change in the real estate market due to weather and we have some steady numbers to report!

2021 New – New Listings PC – Price Changes Sold – Sold Listings UC – Under Contract (received and accepted an offer) P – Pending (on its way to close) We recently saw a dip in activity and the first week+ of May, but we’re still on track to a softening market. Quite frankly, nothing really stood out last week, good or bad – we’re steady! |
